2. Prohibition on Sensitive Health Information

Do NOT submit confidential medical history, clinical symptoms, diagnosis details, or medication lists via this website.

Our web forms are designed exclusively for preliminary administrative routing and referral correspondence. Detailed clinical intakes are conducted solely through verified, secure consultation channels at the time of care.

3. Offshore Processing & Cross-Border Disclosure (IPP 12)

3.1 Processor Infrastructure (Web3Forms): Inquiries submitted via this site are processed using Web3Forms, an automated serverless infrastructure hosted in the United States of America, before being delivered to our clinic administration inbox in New Zealand.

3.2 Informed Consent: In accordance with Information Privacy Principle 12 (IPP 12) of the Privacy Act 2020, by submitting an inquiry form on this site, you acknowledge and expressly consent to the transfer, routing, and transient processing of your submitted personal details in the United States.

4. Use and Retention of Information

4.1 Purpose: Information collected is used solely to respond to your communication, coordinate referrals, provide administrative details regarding clinic visits, or record course interest. We do not sell, rent, or commercialise personal data.

4.2 Retention: Communications are retained in our secure administrative mailbox only for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry or fulfill statutory documentation requirements under New Zealand law.
